Kaliʻu (“Project”) SMS Text Messaging Policy
By providing your mobile telephone number and checking the SMS consent box on any Project form, you “opt in” and agree that CORAL ACQUISITION, LLC (“Seller”, “we”, or “us”), and/or a third party acting on Seller’s behalf, may communicate with you at such number by SMS text message regarding the Project, including with respect to events, special offers, marketing and general information, and appointment reminders, pursuant to the terms and conditions below. You also agree to Seller’s Privacy Policy and Disclaimers, which are incorporated herein by reference.
We will not charge you for any SMS text messages, but standard message, data, and other rates may apply, depending on the terms of your mobile carrier’s plan.
The frequency of SMS text messages from us will vary depending on Project marketing events and offers and/or your appointments. You may receive up to 7 SMS text messages per week from us.
